A shake/flavoring made to enhance pizzas, but has been used for “garlic” breads, grilled/baked veggies, popcorn, dips, anything you would like a bright pizza flavor with. It was originally developed with 30% by weight mix of Parm and Romano grated cheeses, so add them if you like…or use it “straight”.
Of course it is MSG and gluten free, and produced in a peanut free facility. It is mainly spice (only 7% salt) But…a little goes a LONG way! One half pound bag.
