Moojus is a savory brine for beef and venison cuts that need a little help with moisture and flavor. It contains onion, garlic, black pepper, beef flavor and a non-MSG umami enhancer. Phosphate based, it will not over salt your cuts. Recommended time for a packer brisket is 24 hours, but probably pretty effective after 12. Smaller roasts/cuts 12 hours is plenty.
